Swan Valley Vintage Event Glasses

In the mid to late 1970's a wine festival was held at Lilac Hill, Caversham. The souvenir wine glasses fitted into a leather cradle worn around the participant's neck to leave their hands free for eating food.

The logo of "a black swan sitting on a wine glass" and the wording "Vintage 75 Swan Valley" on one glass, "Vntage 77 Swan Valley" on two glasses and "Vintage 82 Swan Valley" on two glasses.
Items have a strong connection to the viticulture industry of the Swan Valley and Midland Junction whereby many immigrants introduced vineyards to the area.
