Historical information
Built in 1988 after the re-alignment of Leura Avenue opened the way for the development - prior to which Zenith Music had a prominent corner position. Part of the mall covers the the area of the old picture gardens, where audiences sat on canvas deck chairs to watch the pictures. Designed by Oldfield Knott Architects, developed by JIMWA, with property consultants Hanson Bridge, the centre has a 3 tier car park and 2 floors of shopping space.
