Overview

Map of Nedlands Park Tramway Estate showing blocks between the Swan River, Bruce Street, Perth-Fremantle Main Road, and Crawley Public Park. In a black scroll at the top with white lettering are the words 'NEDLANDS PARK' with a ribbon scrolling around in pink with black lettering 'Magnificent situated on the swan river'. Underneath this is written 'TRAMWAY ESTATE / BETWEEN PERTH & FREMANTLE / TERMS 1/5 Cash - Balance / to suit Purchasers / No Interest. There is a black and white photo of the area, and also an inset map in the lower right hand corner showing the situation of the estate in relation to the Swan River and other suburbs. There is a thick black border line around the map with a narrower line each side. Some blocks are coloured pink with roads in a beige shade. All printing is in black.
