WASH TROUGHS: PINE

Overview

Troughs: Made from pine wood. Rectangular base with back piece placed on it at 90 degree angle, a front board is placed on it in sloping fashion. Side pieces are secured at both sides. The centre piece divides the trough in two equal compartments. The wood is worn and weathered. The trough rests on a white painted wooden stand frame with six legs. The frame has wooden slats fitted to support the weight of the troughs. The paint is peeling and some of the slats are missing. The wood is overall worn and weathered. These troughs came from 67 Hamersley Road and were previously owned by the Newman Family.
