1926 - 1938Two, short round section handles with a fulcrum pin near the end with curved pincer jaws.
Makers name stamped on the flat of one handle near the pivot.
Tools used by Charles Duncan in his Blacksmith and Wheelright shop. The shop was called Duncan & McNamee and was located on the corner of Jull Street and Third Road, Armadale. It was open from 1926-1938.
In 1889 Birmingham manufacturing firms William & Cornelius Wynn & Richard Timmins, both trading from about 1825, formed Wynn & Timmins and traded until 1969.
