Inscriptions and markings

Between the words "Railways and" is a drawing of the Perth Railway Station. In the bottom left hand corner is red Maltese cross inside a circle which has the words "WESTERN AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT RAILWAYS AND TRAMWAYS AMBULANCE CORP", and above the circle is a black swan.

At the bottom of the certificate are individual handwritten signatures of "JA Ellis" the president, "E. Caulfield" Instructor, "AE Fisher" Secretary.
