Ambulance Corps Certificate

Below the title of the certificate are two drawings; the one on the left is of a train, the one on the right is a drawing of a tramway and in between is a red Maltese cross inside a circle which has the words "WESTERN AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT RAILWAYS AND TRAMWAYS AMBULANCE CORP", and above the circle is a black swan.

At the bottom of the certificate are individual handwritten signatures of "H Hope" president, "M.Turnside" Instructor, "E. Caulfield" Surgeon Examiner, "AE Fisher" Secretary.
