The photograph is an aerial view of Metters' factory, showing its huge sign on the roof. The light industries in the vicinity show up clearly, notably Humes, Perth Welded Products and Refrigeration, both marked by large signs. Salvado Road and Roydhouse Street are clearly visible, as are other roads in the area. The rail tracks can be distinguished in the lower left hand corner. The photograph also shows some of the Wembley homes on either side of Cambridge Street to the north.
