PHOTOGRAPH (COPY): PEGGY & ROB HENWOOD ON TREE STUMP

1922
Overview

Sepia photograph
Front: Peggy and Rob Henwood sitting with Doxie Doggett (later Mrs Sadlier) on a tree-stump or part of a felled tree, watched by Mr. C.W. Doggett (Doxie's Grandfather), who is standing with hat in right hand and pipe in left. Taken in an open field at the corner of Smythe and Aberdare Roads. Mr Doggett had grubbed out the tree stump that the children are sitting upon. The paddock in the background is now the site of Hollywood High School, and the paddock where the children are sitting is now the school's playing fields.
The museum holds original negative and photograph - where are they?
