Front: Rosalie School swimming lessons at Nedlands Baths featuring girls in bathing costumes and caps in the various stages of a swimming lesson. Some are in the water, others on the wooden steps and platform. One adult woman in a white dress and hat is standing next to steps. Behind the platform is a row of changing cubicles. The baths were situated on the foreshore of the Swan River at Nedlands, and had open wooden paling fences around the perimeter
