'To my Wife on her birthday October 17 1925'.
Poem reads:
'You are here and I am here, nothing matters does it dear;
Side by side dear may we stay, I should miss you if away,
Still in love dear me and you, to each other kind and true.
What’s it matter what folks do, We've each other me and you,
Spoken softly oft you've heard 'Night Night Nooger' that’s the word,
And your answer sweet and true, 'Good Night Jim Dear, I love you'
Here's my 17th Birthday rhime (Cic), I hope its continued many a time.
From your loving husband Jim.'
