LETTER SCALES
The metal base of the scales is T-shaped with an adjustable screw at base of T forming a foot. The counterweight is circular, attached to one end of a triangle of which the curved base is marked out in ounces. The tin plate for the letters is centrally placed above and is rectangular. A red pin jutting out from the vertical central post indicates the weight.
