Bank of New South Wales
c. 1910A single storey brick building with a wooden verandah, a wooden picket fence either side and a water tank on the right hand side of the building. There is a man dressed in dark clothing standing in the doorway of the building. There is a large sign which reads "BANK OF NEW SOUTH WALES" on the right hand side of the building. The road is dirt.
The bank in Katanning was at one time in the King George Hostel. The building was still used in 2004 however it was known as the "Challenge Bank".

On the back of the photograph handwritten in pencil is "Bank of New South Wales Katanning Branch, ?1910".
