Handmade Prayer Beads - Rudraksha Seeds
11 seeds attached separately on a metal chain. A decorated metal piece is attached to the top and bottom of each seed.
Rudraksha beads are the dried seeds of the fruit produced by the Elaeocarpus Ganitrus tree. The fruit is blue and olive-like, and inside lies the hard, segmented seed that forms the bead. Each bead has natural grooves called "mukhis" (faces), which run from top to bottom. The number of mukhis determines the type of Rudraksha and its associated spiritual and therapeutic properties.
A Rudraksha is a sacred seed from the Elaeocarpus Ganitrus tree, revered in Hinduism as the "Tears of Shiva" and used for spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. The seeds are known as "mukhis" (facets).

Rudraksha beads originate from the seeds of the Elaeocarpus Ganitrus tree, which grows in the Himalayan regions, Nepal, Indonesia, and parts of Southeast Asia. The term "Rudraksha" comes from Sanskrit, combining "Rudra" (Lord Shiva) and "Aksha" (tears), symbolizing the tears of Lord Shiva that fell to the earth, giving rise to the Rudraksha tree. According to Hindu mythology, these beads are imbued with divine consciousness and protective grace, making them highly sacred and spiritually significant
