Overview

Plan for the 'Proposed Residence for J. Satinover to be Erected on Lot. 92 Derby Rd. Shenton Park, by Kenworthy & Santinover'.

The plan shows front and side elevations, the floor plan, and the lot in relation to Derby Road.

The document is dark blue in colour and a copy of the original with some details filled in by hand.

The outline of the lot to the right of the document has been hand-drawn in black ink. 'J. SATINOVER' and '92 DERBY ROAD. SHENTON PARK' have also been filled by hand in black ink at the bottom of document.

A 'NOTICE TO BUILDERS', printed in red lettering, has been stuck to the front of the document in the top right corner.

Reverse:

Purple 'PLAN APPROVED' ink stamp, signed and dated '28/8/56'.

Purple 'SUBIACO MUNICIPALITY' ink stamp, filled in, signed and dated by hand in blue ink:

'74 EVANS ST. SHENTON PARK' handwritten in pencil in bottom left corner.

A series of numbers handwritten vertically can be seen to the right.
