Overview

Black and white photograph of an honour roll commemorating the soldiers from Jolimont who died in World War I. The frame surrounding the honour roll is not included in the photograph. The list of names and surrounding artwork are painted or printed on a cream background. The image is either original gouache painting or an original print such as a lithograph.
The Australian flag, Union Jack, laurel wreath, sword and black swans are included in the decorative art work surrounding the list of names
The honour board reads:

Historical information

One of very few honour rolls devoted entirely to fallen soldiers. Of these few, all relate to World War I. Other examples in Subiaco are the Clock Tower; Fallen Soldiers Memorial; Rokeby Road, and the St. Hugh's Anglican Church memorial plaque to the ten servicemen from St. Hugh's who died in World War I.
