Copy of black and white studio portrait of Angus Hardie (1904-1961), c.1920's. The he and & shoulders photo on a white background shows Angus as a young man with short hair swept back, and wearing a light check shirt with floral patterned necktie, with part of a light coloured jacket visible. Angus worked and lived in New South Wales and South Australia before moving to Western Australia and being employed at the Midland Workshops. He was a trained metal-worker, and at home made many domestic items, such as a la and r & electric radiator. He also upgraded a 1930's wooden dining suite in the fashion of the 1950's.
