POSTCARD: FLORENCE WHITE AND HER SON WILLIAM

Overview

This postcard features a black and white photograph of Florence White behind a decorative balustrade, supporting baby William who sits on top. She wears a dark dress with puffed sleeves with a high-necked lace blouse underneath. Around her neck she wears a pendant and a small brooch. William wears a baby gown and crocheted bootees.

Historical information

Florence and William White were the wife and child of Shirley White, a prominent Subiaco builder and one time Mayor.
