The black and white photograph features the White family arranged in three rows, taken on the front lawn of 'White Lodge', 118 Subiaco Road, Subiaco. A large palm tree trunk is visible next to the group.
Handwritten on the reverse of the photographs brown mount:
'Taken on front lawn of White Lodge
Shirley, Tom, Les, Harold
Cliff, Eileen, Mother, Dad, Alice
John Lenegan (nursed) by Bill, Rose, Biddy'.
Note: Shirely Junior is in the back row, and Shirley Snr ('Dad') is in the middle row. 'Mother' is Florence Rose White (nee Williams).

Historical information

Youngest child in photograph was born in 1919, therefore this photo must have been taken sometime between 1920 and 1928 when Shirley White Snr died.
