Original owner assumed to be Olive Gwendlyne Davey (1894-1985) daughter of Henry Davey (1854-1910), building contracter at Newcastle (renamed Toodyay in 1910), WA and Sarah Clara Butterly (1858-1945).
Olive married Frank Pusey Atwell (1891-1971) in 1917 at Toodyay, WA.
