PHOTOGRAPH (COPY): PORTRAIT OF A WOMAN, CIRCA 1920
c. 1914Black and white copy of a portrait of a woman. The subject is wearing an opened-necked blouse under a lapelled jacket, and her hair is parted at the side. The original photograph appears to have been damaged at the bottom right corner.
The original large photographs were found in the loft of a house in Subiaco that used to be a photographic studio. Attempts were made to identify the photographer and subjects without success. Perhaps the photos were never collected by the subjects. Uniforms are 1914, so probable that rest of photographs of this era. All copy photographs show bad condition of original, marks, edges missing.
