Overview

B and W copy photograph. Eleven people in the wedding group. Back row standing. From left, man in suit wearing a top hat, he has a moustache, a soldier in uniform, man in suit wearing top hat. Middle Row standing. From left, young woman (bridesmaid) in light coloured, high necked, lacy dress carrying a bouquet of flowers, Bridegroom wearing a suit, flowers in his button hole and a top hat, Bride wearing flowers in her hair, veil and high necked long dress. She is carrying a bouquet, woman (bridesmaid) dressed like other bridesmaid but wearing a large dark coloured hat. Third row seated woman in light coloured hat, light coloured blouse under dark jacket, young girls (flower girls) in broad brimmed bonnets tied with large bow under chin, short dresses with elbow length puffed sleeves and baskets of flowers, seated women in dark coloured outfit and hat with large corsage of flowers. Historical information

The original large photographs were found in the loft of a house in Subiaco that used to be a photographic studio. Attempts were made to identify the photographer and subjects without success. Perhaps the photos were never collected by the subjects. Uniforms are 1914, so probable that rest of photographs of this era. All copy photographs show bad condition of original, marks, edges missing.
