GENERAL MEETINGS 1982

Two General Meetings were held in 1982.

The proceedings of the Annual General Meeting on 4th March included:

• Discussion regarding management reports (see Annual Report 1981 for actual reports)
• Two motions to alter the Constitution regarding Category B (six day members) and Non-Playing Membership were approved.
• The President outlined a list of recent positive achievements by the club.

The proceedings of the General Meeting on 30th November included:

• Approval of a motion to increase fees
• Election of Officers and Councillors
• The President outlined the strategy for course development, particularly to improve the grass growth on fairways.
• The Captain reported on a number of aspects
• General Business covering a wide range of topics.
