George Woolhouse Wilson (1896-1941) grew up at Greenough. He was wounded whilst serving in WWI. He returned to Greenough and married Jessie Armstrong.

As there were no children from the marriage of George Wilson and Jessie Armstrong, some of George's possessions like this book passed on to his sister Carol who had married Frederick Gladstone Clinch.
