Overview

Transparent nylon fabric. High yoke on dress 95mm deep at neck edge and 220 mm across.

Neck edge scalloped in buttonhole stitch. Across bottom front of the yoke and up the sides, pale blue scalloped shadow embroidery 4mm deep. Above this 8 daisy like flowers in shades of pink and blue. Centres are gold in fine satin stitch dots: leaves pale green satin stitch. Stems pale green stem stitch. Above this is scattered pale blue satin stitch dots. Little puff sleeves 90mm deep at shoulder have pale blue satin stitch dots scattered in centre.

Dress is gathered onto the yoke 200mm deep. ¾ of the way down the dress, front only, are sprays of flowers in similar design to above with the addition of mauve bell like flowers in satin stitch and the occasional white tiny daisy. 2 buttons on opening at the back. One missing. Label here states 'Hand made in Madeira, Portugal, 100% nylon, Size 18' and there is a little horse outline at the top of the label. Dress to fit a 2 to 3 year old child.
