Historical information

The first Methodist Church in Midland was located in Byers Road. It burned down on the 12th of February, 1936 and services were temporarily held at the Congregational Church. This new Church was built on the corner of The Avenue and Keane Street and was opened on the 19th of December, 1936. It was demolished c1978/79.
