GENERAL MEETINGS 1979

Three General Meetings were held in 1979.

The proceedings of the Annual General Meeting on 27th February included:

• Reports from the Treasurer, Course, Match, House, and President.

The proceedings of the General Meeting on 31st July included:

• Management reports form Match, Course, House, and Treasurer.
• Plans to renovate the greens on holes 4 and 16.
• The long-term course plan document produced was disappointing
• Various general business

The proceedings of the General Meeting on 27th November included:

• A Council of Management motion to increase nomination and subscription fees was approved.
• A motion to remove the clause “…payment of Interest Free Loan be deleted …” for new members was approved.
• Election of Officers and Councillors
• Various general business which mentions the restructuring of seven greens
