Inscriptions and markings
In the bottom right hand corner of the photograph is a sign which reads "C Company" and underneath is "XI Bn".
On the back of the photograph handwritten in pencil is "From Florrie Thompson" and on the right hand side handwritten in pencil is "11th Battalion C Company Militia approx 1939" and underneath is "Fred Cory Noel McDonald Lionel Thompson Colin Fraser".
There is a photographer's stamp with the number "15302", however the name is illegible.
