Overview

A sepia photograph of four rows of men, women and young boy taken behind a brick building. The photograph is mounted on white card and then a green cardboard mount.
There are six men in the back row, all except one are dressed in suits, the man who is not dressed in a suit is dressed in a white shirt with an apron over the shirt and is wearing a cap.
In the second back row there are five women and three men, the men are all dressed in suits, three of the women are wearing long sleeved white blouses and long dark skirts, the other two women are wearing dark long-sleeved blouses and skirts.
In the third row from the back there are five men and two women, the men are all dressed in suits, the woman on the left is dressed in a white frilly long sleeved blouse and long dark skirt, the other woman is wearing a dark long sleeved blouse and is wearing a cross around her neck.
In the front row are a young boy and three young men, the men are dressed in suits, ties and long trousers, the young boy is dressed in a jacket and long trousers.

On the back of the photograph hand written in blue ink is 'Staff Richardson & Co. about 1909'
