PURCHASE RECEIPT FROM PROFESSIONAL RICHARD BRAIN

This Item is a receipt for a purchase from the Melville Glades Golf Professional Richard Brain.

The purchase was for one "Eye Shield" at a cost of $1.95. It is assumed that an eye shield is what is also known as a sun visor which has a peak to cover the eyes and face and a strap which fits around the head to keep it in place, but provides no cover for the top of the head.

The purchase was by the Donor, Russell Martin on 30th August, 1972.
