CLUB COMMUNICATION - COURSE DIRECTOR - CHANGES TO START WITH HOLE 8 - 8 OCTOBER 2021
2021Overview
In this two page Club Communication dated 8 October 2021, Course Director Ray Hince, in association with Course Superintendent Dane McBride, describe forthcoming course changes.
Changes will commence with the reshaping of the 8th green complex after considerable member feedback. Background to the changes included:
- green turf grass trials soil suitability
- research on-site soil testing
Whilst the new green is settling in the club will utilise the temporary "bush green" mid-way down the 8th fairway as a substitute hole.
