This perpetual trophy is titled:

Melville Glades Golf Club
The Governor's Challenge Trophy was used to record the results of golf matches between a Western Australian Governor's team and a MGGC team.
The trophy consists of a gold metal cup mounted on a square plastic coated particle board base. Gold crests around the base record the winners of each challenge match.
