On the bottom right hand side of the print in white lettering is "IMPERIAL WAR MUSEUM PHOTOGRAPH CROWN COPYRIGHT RESERVED".

On a plaque below the print is "H.M.A.S. AUSTRALIA First Flagship of the Royal Australian Navy 1913-1920 Sunk under terms of the Washington Treaty 12th April 1924 This fame is of Teak from her deck".
