SKIP
A hand operated metal skip, with a "v" shaped bucket mounted on a metal base with four wheels, which run along rails. There are four pins on either end of the bucket, the two lower pins rest in grooves while being loaded. The two upper pins rest in grooves along side of the other two, when being tipped either way
