Historical information

Raymond John Bruce Sharkey was son of Raymond and Edith Florence Sharkey. Attended Scotch College. Keen sailor like his Father. According to the book 'Red Tail Skies', Bruce worked for Qantas prior to his enlistment in the RAAF in WWII. He died 12/7/42 while serving in Sqn 460 RAAF on a raid over Hamburg.
