Liniear tape in leather case.This measuring tape is in a leather case and the tape is made of a thick canvas, with a leather and metal handle. The numbering is in inches and links - 1link =8inches. A metal clasp in the centre winds in the tape as required. This tape measure was used by Victor Banas in approximately 1939.
