Charles Beaumont Andrews was a baker and pastrycook at his premises at 17 Albert Street, Busselton from c.1906. The sugarbasin was made by Calyx Pottery, West Australia and is believed to date from c1921, which puts Mr Andrews in business over a considerable time, the premises still stand in Albert Street and are on the Municiple Heritage Inventory.
