Within the Boiler Room, an enclosed area was constructed to display a variety of equestrian accessories, and also leather-related paraphernalia including sewing machines, crafting tools and suitcases.

This "Harness Room" was built in c.2016 by two members of the Busselton Historical Society, Mr Brian Maynard and Mr Richard Wagner.

The entrance door to the Room was salvaged from a local junkyard.
