'Navy Days' refers to a long-running tradition of public open-house exhibitions hosted at major naval bases and dockyards (most famously by the UK's Royal Navy at Portsmouth, Plymouth, and Chatham, but also celebrated historically by the U.S. Navy and the Royal Australian Navy).
During these multi-day events, the public could board massive active warships, view flight deck demonstrations, and purchase pocket-sized souvenirs like this pin.
The featured naval vessel resembles early British aircraft carriers like HMS Hermes or HMS Eagle.
