On the front of the postcard in the bottom right hand corner printed in dark ink is "KATANNING W.J.ROGERS & SON".
The back of the postcard is addressed to "Gert Grover" and signed "R.R"
On the back of the postcard is "Railway Hotel York, 2nd July 14" and below this is "Gert Grover, I'm not settled yet as leaving for Suez ? in about a fortnight. I will, ? you up with lat ed events, when I'm resettled. By the way; isn't the event of ys life within a couple of months? I had a tripto Perth last week, for a couple days only; to see some cousins who are fast returning to Sydney after a visit to the old country. Regards to all Yours sincerely R.R."
