MILLIGAN, THOMAS JAMES

A curly, dark-haired man with glasses, he is wearing a dark jacket, white shirt and tie.
Thomas James Milligan trained in New Zealand. Married Esie May Wright in 1910. Was associated with the East Claremont Practising school since its opeing in 1905. Became headmaster there in 1912. Appointed vice-principal of the Claremont Teachers' Training College in 1927. Thomas was the President of the Western Australian Teachers Union for many years. He lived on Princess Road in Claremont.
