Table Mat

Overview

A star shaped mat of black and brown oblong seeds and round brown seeds around the edges of the star. The centre is eight brown seeds which are then surrounded by a large circle of black seeds, the points of the star are worked in brown seeds.

Historical information

This item was a souvenir from overseas in the Second World War. It was owned by the Addis family in Katanning. This item was probably a centrepiece for a table.
