On lid of wooden box are the gold stencilled initials "PMG. 143227". On inside of lid is a paper diagram with black text "BLME Co Ltd"
Item 2&3:
On face of both telephones -
"To call, turn handle, lift telephone and listen"
"To answer, lift telephone and speak"
"When finished, replace telephone & turn handle"
