Inscriptions and markings

On the back of the photograph is hand written in blue ink 'Mr Andrew Stewart with his patent seeding arrangement on a 3 furrow stamp plough. This arrangement was made and used by Mr Stewart in South Australia in either the early 1880s or 1890s, and brought to Moojebing in 1892. The remains of the plough are still to be seen on the 'Rosehill' property, Moojebing, owned by AJ Day.' Below this is written in black ink 'Now at Katanning Museum'
