Mrs Day Garstone's Wedding Dress

Linda Greenhalgh models a wedding gown handmade in 1906 by Mrs R. Wilcox, formerly Lucy Stephens, she was one of the original students at the State School. The dress is made of pure silk, belted gown has a gathered skirt finished with a border of 7 tiers. The full puff sleeves are edged with tiers and lace with additional lace and pleating framing the attractive neckline.
