Blue and white postcard from the 'Greetings from Subiaco' series, featuring the State Children's Department in Subiaco. The image shows a long white building with an iron roof and three windows which is partly obscured by trees. There is a white picket front fence running along the front of the building.

Historical information

The buildings used by the State Children's Department were originally the Subiaco Industrial School and orphanage, and now form part of the King Edward Memorial Hospital.
