Black and white image showing four rows of 27 team members and officials. The players are dressed in team uniforms, while the officials are dressed in formalwear. In the centre of the front row, positioned between the players seated on the ground, is the championship cup with a football reading 'PREMIER CHAMPIONS / 1926' sitting atop of it.
Mount:
Light brown coloured mount with a raised, secondary section of mount above the image containing the image heading. The heading reads 'West Subiaco Football Club', hand drawn in decorative red lettering, and 'P.S.A. 1926 / PREMIERS and CHAMPIONS' handwritten below in black ink.
The names of the subjects are listed on another section of raised mount below the image.

Frame:
Light coloured wooden frame with mounted photograph under glass.
Reverse:
Chipboard backing with 'Police' handwritten in large blue lettering, and 'SHENTON PARK SENIOR CITIZENS ASSOC.' handwritten in black ink.
Two black felt stoppers in the bottom corners and white hanging cord tied to two metal hanging eyelets screwed into the frame approximately one third of the way down from the top.
One of two framed photographs of the West Subiaco Football Club (see 2024.365), previously hung on the wall at the Shenton Park Community Centre for a long period of time. Acquired and donated to the Subiaco Museum by Pauline and Richard Diggins, October 2024.
