City of Wanneroo Mayor Badge - Bill Marwick

Overview

Gold coloured metal badge with a cream coloured enamel circle bearing the City of Wanneroo coat of arms, above a loose rectangular name plate attached by two golden metal chain links. The main body of the badge is comprised of the enamel circle above a horizonal bar. The top of the circle reads 'CITY OF WANNEROO' in small gold lettering above the City's coat of arms. The coat of arms is accented in shades of gold, red, black and blue. Below this enamel circle is a horizontal gold coloured metal bar with indented edges. Connecting the bar and the circle are two shallow decorative wedges designed to make the bar resemble a ribbon curling backwards. This bar has bold, black debossed text which reads 'MAYOR'. The loose name plate suspended below has a shallow rectangular decorative edge, and reads 'CR. BILL MARWICK' in the same text. A small gold brooch pin is attached near the top of the circle on the reverse of the badge.
