City of Wanneroo 'Ranger Roy' Stubby Holder

Overview

Cylindrical, fluoro yellow / green stubby holder with thick neoprene body and circular rubber base. Rubber base is imprinted with 'diamond plate' pattern. Base and interior of body are black. There is a black fabric ribbon running down each side of the neoprene join line. Body has black commercial print of the City of Wanneroo logo, some text and a cartoon picture of a happy bulldog wearing a spiked collar.
