Overview

Gold coloured metal keyring with round disc hanging from a short chain off a large clasp. The face of the disc has a gold coloured metal border with four shallow decorative relief sections resembling foliage spaced evenly around it. This border surrounds a central circular enamel panel. The face of this panel shows a central image of a green and red kangaroo paw (the Shire emblem) with gold outlines on a light yellow background. Surrounding this image is a thick red enamel border with the text 'SHIRE OF' on the top half, and 'WANNEROO' on the bottom half. The metal disc is attached to the clasp by a chain with three long links. The clasp is a carabiner with a metal screw mechanism on one side, which can be screwed up or down allowing the clasp to open and close.
